The process includes the selection of coconut, steaming, scarifying, fermentation, distillation, cellaring and filtration. 

In this trip, our local guide will explain and show you the whole process of Balinese Coconut Wine (Arak) making. Starting from how the arak farmers climb coconut trees and take the liquid from the coconut midrib as the basic ingredient for making coconut wine.

At the end of the trip you will be served with a traditional Balinese lunch and fresh young coconut drink with stunning hill views.
